• Persistent cookies survive after your browser is closed. They may recognise your device when you return to the Platform.

• Software Development Kits (SDKs): pieces of code embedded in our mobile application that function similarly to cookies and pixels in the app context.
• Local storage: technology that allows the Platform to store information locally on your device to improve performance and functionality.

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Authentication: to recognise you as a logged-in user, display account-specific information, and protect your session from unauthorised access.
• Security and site integrity: to detect fraud, prevent account abuse, and maintain the security and integrity of the Platform.
• Platform functionality: to remember your preferences and settings (such as language, delivery address, and notification choices), pre-fill information in forms, and enable features such as your cart and order tracking.
• Analytics and performance: to understand how you use the Platform, which features you interact with, the popularity of content, and to improve the overall user experience. Analytics data is used in aggregated or pseudonymised form.
• Personalisation: to provide relevant content, product suggestions, and personalised recommendations based on your browsing and order history on the Platform, where you have provided consent.
• Advertising and marketing: to deliver relevant advertisements on the Platform and on third-party websites, measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and limit the number of times you see the same advertisement. This applies only where you have provided consent to marketing communications.

We engage the following categories of third-party service providers who may set cookies on your device through the Platform:

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: for advertising and event tracking. For more information, see Meta's Data Policy.
• Google Maps SDK: Used to provide location-based services, vendor discovery, and real-time delivery tracking.
• Payment Gateway SDKs: Used to facilitate secure, encrypted payment processing. These are Strictly Necessary for completing your transaction.

When you first visit the Platform, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies (that is, all cookies other than strictly necessary cookies).

• You may change your cookie preferences at any time by accessing the Cookie Settings option available on the Platform.

Some browsers include a Do Not Track feature that sends a signal to websites indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. Currently, the Platform does not respond to Do Not Track signals. If a standardised approach is adopted by regulatory or industry bodies, we will review and update this Policy accordingly.

Information collected through cookies and similar technologies may include your IP address, device identifier, browser type and version, operating system, the URL you accessed, the time and date of your visit, session duration, and interactions with the Platform. This information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To the extent any information collected through cookies constitutes personal data, the provisions of our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023 apply to such data.

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a period specified in the cookie, or until you delete them. The retention period for each category of cookie is set by the entity that places the cookie. We review the cookies used on the Platform periodically and update this Cookie Policy accordingly.
To the extent permitted by the technology, we ensure that information collected via third-party analytics cookies is anonymised or pseudonymised at the source. We conduct a quarterly 'Cookie Audit' to ensure that no expired or redundant tracking technologies remain active on the Platform.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use, our business practices, or applicable law. The updated Cookie Policy will be published on the Platform with a revised Last Updated date.
