• Payment-related information such as transaction IDs, authorization codes, partial card digits, UPI references, wallet confirmations, and bank settlement confirmations. (Wah Swaad DOES NOT store full card numbers or CVV codes.)
• Vendor-specific data such as Aadhaar, PAN, business address proof, cancelled cheques, bank account details, GST registration, FSSAI license, product samples, menu details, production photographs, kitchen inspection data, and verification records.

The Platform processes data for multiple lawful purposes, including identity verification, fraud detection, delivery coordination, order fulfilment, KYC compliance, vendor evaluation, payment settlement, dispute resolution, personalized recommendations, marketing communications (where consented), analytics, system improvements, regulatory reporting, audits, contractual enforcement, and internal documentation. Every data point processed by Wah Swaad aligns with clear business, legal, contractual, or operational requirements.

3. Consent, Withdrawal, and Control

By accessing the Platform, you provide explicit and informed consent for data processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for non-essential processing; however, withdrawal may restrict access to certain features or terminate your account where essential data is required for service delivery.
