How we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Last Updated: 12/6/2025
Wah Swaad collaborates with specialized logistics partners, certified courier companies, and local delivery agents to ensure secure and timely delivery. Delivery timelines listed on the Platform are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as vendor preparation time, product category, geographic distance, delivery partner capacity, traffic, weather fluctuations, public holidays, and unforeseen disruptions may extend delivery timelines. Once a vendor prepares and hands over the order to a delivery partner, Wah Swaad’s direct control over the delivery timeline reduces, but the Company continuously monitors delivery status and intervenes when feasible. Customers must ensure the accuracy of delivery addresses, access instructions, and active phone numbers. Failed deliveries caused by customer inaccessibility, incorrect addresses, poor network availability, or refusal to accept the package will not qualify for refunds. Vendors must package products using high-quality, food-safe materials that prevent spoilage, contamination, tampering, and leakage. Upon delivery, customers should inspect the package immediately. Complaints about physical damage, spillage, or missing items must be raised promptly, accompanied by photographic proof. In case of courier-related delays, geopolitical issues, severe weather, or national emergencies, Wah Swaad is not responsible for the impact on delivery schedules. For international deliveries (if offered), customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, regulatory compliance, and legal restrictions of the destination country. If a delivery partner attempts multiple deliveries without success, the product may be marked undeliverable. Additional fees may apply for reattempts. Products returned to origin due to customer error may not qualify for reimbursement. This Shipping & Delivery Policy regulates how products ordered through Wah Swaad are dispatched, transported, tracked, and delivered.
